What is a kettlebell?
You can use a kettlebell for different types of strength training, but what does the kettlebell actually consist of? A kettlebell can be divided into three parts: the bell, the handle and the ”horns”. The bell is the round weight that resembles a cannonball. The handle is the part that is attached to the bell by means of two ends that slope downwards, also called the horns. You can grab a kettlebell by the handle, the horns or by the bell itself.

Kettlebells are often used in, for example, crossfit or high-intensity interval training. You can train many different muscle groups with it such as: the legs, arms, back, buttocks, core and shoulders.
